Cooking: Vegetarian Miso Noodle Soup

Overdose with miso.

We are having something light tonight, vegetarian miso noodle soup.

Ingredients:

  • tofu
  • button mushroom
  • wakame Seaweed
  • baby bok choy
  • fish stock or dashi soup stock
  • red or white miso paste
  • noodle

Method:

  1. Bring the water to boil.
  2. Add in all the vegetables into the water.
  3. Add fish stock or dashi soup stock.
  4. Add miso paste and dissolve well.
  5. Turn off the heat just before water begins to boil again.
  6. Serve with noodle.
