We followed the recipe from The Kitchn and also converted tapioca flour to gram, which is around 280g. We think it is a bit salty to us. We will reduce the amount of salt to half teaspoon instead. The breads were in the oven for 20min 190 degree celsius but over baked. We will reduce the time to 15min.
