Missing TinyMCE Toolbar in Plone

There could be lots of possibility root causes. One of them could be different plugins are depending on different TinyMCE version. If that happen, check portal_javascripts page if both tiny_mce.js and jquery.tinyme.js are selected. If so, deselect tiny_mce.js. You also notice tiny_mce_gzip.js is selected and tiny_mce_init.js resource not found.
